This is a reservation order for a whole processed market lamb that will be ready for pick up in the month of Nov 2018 (prior to holidays).  We will arrange final details of your order.  This reservation will close at the end of May 2018.  We can arrange pickup at our farm or butcher upon request.

What you can expect
Final processed weight will be around 40 lbs of lamb meat.  Our lamb is butchered and processed by an Iowa inspected facility and must be picked-up within the state of Iowa.

About our Lamb

  • We produce high-quality custom grown lamb and mutton meat from our Romney and Romeldale (critically endangered conservancy breed) flock. 
  • Our lambs are selected in early May and are provided lush pasture from May through Oct/Nov.  We will choose to finish on hay and grain depending on weather and animal condition.  
  • By purchasing directly from our farm you directly help a critically endangered conservancy sheep breed while strengthening our flock genetics.
  • We typically butcher once per year.  Our lamb and mutton is butchered at an Iowa State inspected facility. 
  • Receipt of this product must be done within the state of Iowa. 
  • Our animals are raised with out the use of hormones and only given antibiotics in live threatening situations.
